The Mind

It all starts in your mind. Your thoughts and beliefs will be reflected in your everyday life because those are the things on your mind and in your awareness. Consistently replace repetitive negative thought patterns with positive ones and watch how much your life will turn around!

This is the basis of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), one of the therapeutic interventions used by the founder of W.o.W., Sydney. With a Humanistic approach to Art Therapy, Sydney uses a blend of Positive Psychology and art-based interventions in assisting clients in fostering their own mental/emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Art Therapy is for everyone regardless of artistic ability so don't be discouraged if you're not an artist, you can still benefit from Art Therapy! With Sydney's person-centered approach, you decide the level of art you'd like to engage in. Other interventions you'll find in working with her have roots in narrative therapy, movement/somatic techniques, mindfulness/meditation, CBT as well as her empathetic and intuitive capabilities.
